Mardi Gras Gaming is dedicated to providing a fun and entertaining environment for its patrons.  For most, gambling is a social activity.  However, for some, gambling can become a problem.  Mardi Gras Gaming is committed to helping those in need of support and offers a Responsible Player Program through a cooperative effort with the Florida Council on Compulsive Gambling.  Any person in need of assistance may call the FCCG Helpline at 1-888-ADMIT-IT or consult any employee of Mardi Gras Gaming.

When gambling is no longer a game, the first step to getting help is admitting it.

Self-Exclusion
Mardi Gras Gaming has established a self-exclusion program to allow patrons with a gambling problem to voluntarily exclude themselves from gambling activities in the Mardi Gras Gaming facility.  To get on the self-exclusion list, you need to obtain an application form and information on self exclusion from the Security Desk.
